Elf on the Shelf 2014

Tinsel the elf came to our house in December 1st this year. She keeps an eye on the kids during the day and if necessary reports naughty behaviour back to Santa at the North Pole at night. If she doesn't need to report to Santa she gets a little bored when we're all asleep and plays tricks.

Dec 1, 2014 Tinsel has arrived!

Tinsel's first night: a date with Ken in Barbie's convertible!

Now to train all the other toys at Elf School.

Dec 4: The night Rexy passed away Tinself gathered many of Darcy's stuffed animals and dolls to make a big hug waiting for her when she woke up.

Darcy forgot to put away her beads so Tinself made herself a bracelet and a necklace!

The shower in Barbie's RV was just the right size!

An elf reading Elf to the toys in the play room.

Elves do love syrup!

Tinsel must have known I would need the flour, so she got it out for me, but then she made snow angels in it!

Tinsel made her Christmas list.

She fit right into the fairy garden.

Listening to my ipod beside my elf-sized Christmas tree.

Tinsel TP'd the Christmas tree!!

Hitchin' a ride on a smowflake!

Almost time for Tinsel to go home.

Cute!

Dec 23. I started some crafts with tin cans and a mason jar about a week ago, but never had time to finish it. Tinsel took over last night!

Darcy made elf donoughts for Tinsel so she wouldn't get hungry on the long ride home in Santa's sleigh.
