Melissa and I and the kids spent a great cottage day together. We went for a boat ride around the lake and Maya and Gabriel liked it when we went FAST! Darcy doesn’t like it, though.

Melissa and Maya went out in the kayak together. She even tried to add Gabriel, but that didn’t work. You can see a pic of this on Melissa's blog, too (see my previous post for link.)
The kids enjoyed the slip n slide.
Maya said she wanted to go fishing, so I asked her if she knew how. She said, “Yes, I saw it on TV.” Darcy and I showed her how to cast and within a few minutes she was explaining it Melissa and even pointed what her mom was doing wrong. Talk about a quick learner!
