Darcy is doing an amazing job with potty training! She has been wearing her undies all day and has now had several days without an accident! YAY!!! Way to go, Darcy!

Went out to do some errands on this stinky, hot day and CPAC was here when we got back! J Lisa, Logan and Amanda (Lisa’s friend, not her sister) came over, too. We played with the kids, swam, went in the boat and I water skied, but the lake was rough because so many boats were out.

After a wonderful supper up at Auntie Carol & Uncle Peter’s we came back down to Mom’s for some fireworks. Myrna & Lee, Mark and his parents came, too. Everything was going great, the fireworks were nice, we were having fun and then one fell into the lake, lit, and shot off all 8 rounds in every direction, horizontally…towards our cottage, towards the boat, between our house and Mom’s house, and towards Mom’s neighbour’s house. It was pretty scary, but no one got hurt and nothing was damaged. Accidents happen and this one was a real blast!
