Here is the tutorial I used:
In the tutorial she crocheted a hat to sew the "hair" onto, but I don't know how to crochet! darcy happened to have a white bandana-hat that I hot glued the hair onto. I bought some white sparkly snowflakes at Dollarama (16 for 1$) and hot-glued a few onto the wig, too.
