Gathering supplies. A grand total of 12$ plus tax.
I made a wig with Elsa's trademark braid with a white bandana/skull cap and yarn.
Voila! I used a little blue long sleeved top and a sparkly white dress. I tucked in the straps so they wouldn't show and stitched the top of the dress to the top. I used a simple running stitch so they can be separated and used as originally intended..if she will let me.I attached a longer, double layers "skirt" of blue, sparkly tulle. I also attached a long sparkly blue tulle cape.
