CPAC (Charla, Paul, Amelia and Colby) planned to spend the weekend up north and go swimming and boating with us, but unfortunately my Goddaughter, Amelia, was sick with a fever on the 3rd so they couldn't come. Luckily Amelia was fine the next day, so they all came up, but Cameron couldn't be with us that day, as he already had plans with his mom..

While mowing the lawn Saturday morning, Kevin made a friend. This cicada decided to just tag along on his shirt. He gingerly took his shirt off and paid it on the railing, cicada and all, so as not to hurt him, but he flew back over to Kevin!

Cameron tried tubing for the 1st time today. He is definitely not a speed demon; he kept asking us to go slower, but if we went any slower we'd be idling! He had a lot of fun, though, as you'll see in the video. Also in the video you'll see how Darcy spends a lot her time in the boat.

My cousin Lisa and her son Logan were also at the lake this weekend, so we got to spend the weekend with them, too. Logan tried tubing today, too, but I don't have any pictures. We went out for lovely sunset boatride and at dusk fireworks starting going off at a few cottages around the lake. We had front row seating in the boat - it was awesome!

The weather beautiful again on Sunday and we spent a great day with CPAC in, on and near the lake. .
