Hot, but there is a breeze today. 32 C inside at 4:00, 29 outside
in the shade.
Darcy, my mom and I spent a good part of the day in the
coolness of Mom’s basement playing memory. When the sun was slightly
less intense, the 3 of us went in the water.
Peter John came by and said the water
was 81F.
Around 4:30 thunder rolled and
the wind picked up, but by 5:00 the sun came out and it was hot and clammy.
Just after Kevin got home from his 14 hour day, there was
thunder and lightning, the wind really picked up and it poured rain. For 30
minutes. Then there was a lovely sunset and cooled off to about 20C, but it was
still about 26 C in the cottage.
