Today was Cameron's birthday party. After much himming and hawing about where/how to have his party, we decided to just stay home and have fun. The weather was FANTASTIC and we were able to spend the whole day outside. The kids loved playing outside in our big backyard, on the swing set and with some of Cam's birthday presents.

| Nanna brought Darcy this adorable Dora hat today and we think she looks great in it. She really loves it, too. |

| I LOVE THIS HAT! She took off the Dora for a little while because it was too warm. |
Cameron invited a school friend, Collin, and Amelia and Colby to his party. Below are some pictures of the boys and Darcy being silly. Amelia was too hot and played inside for a little while, which happened to be when I was taking these pics, so she's not in them.

Thank you, everyone for all the thoughtful birthday wishes and gifts for Cameron. He had a GREAT day!
After the party, Mom, Auntie Carol and I went to a dinner theatre at a local church put on by many people we know. Some of the actors in the play were my teachers, some were classmates of mine, and there were even parents of my classmates in the play! It was a wonderful, relaxing evening following a fun, but busy and tiring day - in a word: wonderful! |
