This morning Darcy and I made some cupcakes to bring to supper at Charla's house tonight. I used a marshmallow as icing. You just put a marshmallow on top of each cupcake when there's 2 minutes left. When you take them out, you squish each marshmallow! Voila! I broiled a few of them at Kevin's suggestion, and they turned out really well! YUMMY! .
