HOT, BEAUTIFUL DAY!
Last night at midnight all the windows were still open. Amazing after a week of having the heat on at night.

Darcy and Marina had a lot of fun swimming, splashing and playing together all day.

Mark also brought over his new girlfriend, Dahlia, to meet us. I, unfortunately made quite an impression on her, swamping everyone in the bow of the boat with a huge wave! She was very calm about it all, but Mom wasn’t too happy I soaked her smokes!

There were fireworks at the neighbor’s house around 9:00 and a couple of big parties on the lake. Around 12:30 someone across the lake launched some really nice, big fireworks. It was still really warm out.
