When I woke up this morning and looked out my bedroom window the other side of the lake was gone – cloaked in heavy fog. Kevin and I went out to put up the boat top when there was a sudden bolt of lightning, so we ran back inside.
A big thunderstorm followed and the power flashed twice. Richard, Kevin and I were standing in the porch watching the forks of lightning across the lake when one struck so close I could hear the sizzle in the air. Kevin was barefoot and he says he felt it in the his feet!
Bum came over for his birthday supper, tonight, too. Happy Birthday Bum!!!
